Join us as our new Senior AI Analyst – Driving Adoption and Impact across Novonesis 

Join the Data & AI Enablement team within the Data Office, where you will become part of a growing, high‑impact organization with a enterprise‑wide mandate to drive the data and AI agenda across Novonesis. As we scale our capabilities and accelerate adoption of next‑generation data and AI technologies, you will play a central role in shaping how Novonesis works with data, cultivates AI literacy, and unlocks business value.

In this role you will make an impact…

You will be instrumental in running and maturing the AI Adoption Program, which involves organising sessions, engaging with leaders and teams, and supporting cross-functional cohorts. Your collaboration with business units will help identify, assess, and prioritise AI use cases, ensuring the development of tailored AI solutions that deliver high value. Additionally, you will drive AI enablement across Novonesis, assisting colleagues in adopting modern AI tools while fostering organisational AI literacy. You will also contribute to responsible AI governance by partnering with the Data Office, Legal, and IT Security, ensuring safe and compliant AI practices across the organisation. Establishing and enhancing reporting and value tracking frameworks for AI initiatives will support our ability to monitor adoption and impact. 

In addition, some of your key tasks will include: 

• Driving community activities such as AI cafés, showcases, and ambassador forums 

• Staying updated on the latest trends in generative AI, productivity tooling, and business process optimization 

• Assisting in the maturation of hub-and-spoke collaboration models across functions and supporting change-management activities to facilitate AI adoption

• Collaborating with data scientists and platform engineers to translate business requirements into effective solution designs

Collaboration with colleagues is vital

You will work closely with the Data & AI Enablement team, engaging in daily collaboration on outreach, enablement, and community activities. Additionally, you will align with the AI Solutions team on internal AI Assistant capabilities, solution roadmaps, and use case support. Your role will also involve working with Legal and IT Security to ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI use, while engaging with various business units across Novonesis and AI ambassadors throughout the organisation. This collaboration occurs through outreach, recurring dialogue, workshops, ideation sessions, and advisory interactions, often within a Centre of Excellence model that provides consultancy and guidance across functions. 

We expect you to bring…

• Relevant educational background in Business, Information Technology, Data/AI, Digitalization, or similar fields 

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI enablement, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, analytics advisory, and solution scoping

• Experience with AI and analytics adoption in business environments, generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot), and understanding of value-creating business use cases

• Familiarity with KPI reporting, AI use case tracking, and value measurement. Knowledge of data tooling (Power BI, KNIME, Alteryx) is an advantage

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is considered a strong advantage, as the position involves translating business cases into technical requirements and interpreting technical solutions back into clear business value

A structured and organised approach is essential, enabling you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will need to be proactive and adaptable, thriving in an evolving AI landscape. You should be excited about working in a team where exploration and problem-solving are valued.  Travel may occur in relation to workshops, training sessions, or cross site collaboration.
