Join our EU Food & Beverages BioSolutions Marketing and Business Development team, where you will drive impactful regional marketing strategies, collaborate with diverse experts, and shape the future of commercial growth across Europe’s food and beverage industry.

Welcome to EU Food & Beverages BioSolutions Marketing and Business Development

Our team is focused on empowering the EU Food & Beverages BioSolutions Sales & Marketing organization to deliver outstanding value to customers throughout Europe. You will be part of a close-knit group including the Head of Marketing and Business Development, a Regional Marketing Specialist, and an Insight Manager. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will work alongside European Marketing Managers in New Food and proteins, dairy, and baking, as well as the Meat and Prepared Food Head of Sales, FBB EU Regional Marketing Managers, and Global Marketing and Business Development managers.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Your work will be split between strategic marketing and regional management for the Meat and Prepared Food segment. You will develop a deep understanding of the European Food & Beverages BioSolutions market, shape long-term priorities, and implement marketing excellence methodologies. You will translate global strategies into effective regional actions, build compelling value propositions, and support sales teams with impactful tools. Collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues will be key as you help drive regional growth, support industry events, and contribute to the Regional Marketing Network.

In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

  • Developing and maintaining market insights, analyzing trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies
  • Shaping and executing regional marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities
  • Leading strategic cross-functional projects and supporting business reviews
  • Building business cases, launch toolboxes, and sales enablement materials
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams to co-create customer-facing content and accelerate pipeline development

You will work closely with colleagues from sales, marketing, and business development, sharing knowledge and working together to ensure regional initiatives align with both immediate and long-term objectives.

To succeed you must hold:

  • A Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Strategy, Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related applied sciences
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing within the Food & Beverages industry or a related ingredient/biotech/manufacturing environment
  • Solid grounding in B2B marketing principles, market analysis, and value proposition design
  • Formal training or certifications in strategic marketing, product management, customer insights, project management, or market analytics tools
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional EU language is a strong advantage

Additionally, we expect you to demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work with data-driven and analytical approaches, and simplify complex information for clear communication. Experience in leading and contributing to strategic projects is important, as is adaptability to evolving market needs.

You will be expected to apply structured and strategic thinking, maintain accountability for your work, and bring creative problem-solving skills to the table. A customer-centric mindset and a positive, cooperative style are essential, as is the ability to adapt and communicate effectively in a changing environment.

Travel days will be expected.
