Join us as our Regional Marketing Manager for Baking Europe
Take charge of leading our Marketing activities for Novonesis’s thriving Baking business in Europe, working with a team of experienced sales, technical and business development professionals as part of our Baking & Beverage Europe division.
Welcome to the Baking & Beverage Europe team
As the Regional Marketing Manager for Baking Europe, you will join and support a dedicated and talented group of professionals responsible for driving growth in revenue and profit. The role operates within the Baking & Beverage Europe business area, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, technical experts, business development professionals, and marketing teams. Together, we deliver innovative solutions and build strong, sustainable relationships with our customers throughout Europe.
In this role you’ll make an impact through the following activities:
Identify market and customer trends, and gather competitor intelligence and communicate findings to Sales
Drive and initiate analysis of competitive market forces based on input coming from Sales and Technical Service
Identify, prioritize, follow-up and hand-over new business opportunities in existing markets based on market, customer and competitor analysis (scouting for, developing and qualifying ideas and new leads)
Drive regional innovation initiatives and strategies
Manage the product portfolio within the region
Drive or support launch of new products in the region
Provide regional pricing information and guide regional pricing, ensuring compliance with local legislation and market conditions
Provide regional input to the planning and follow-up of marketing communications
Run and coordinate regional market communication campaigns
Develop tools and operational guidelines for sales
Support sales and participate in selected key meetings
Relevant experience:
M.Sc. degree (Business/Marketing and/or Technical)
Minimum 3 years of international marketing and/or sales experience
Demonstrated success in generating and communicating market insight based on well researched and analyzed market information and data
Capable of translating strategic plans into concrete tactics and actions, combined with strong drive for results
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Proven ability to indirectly lead and motivate teams
Proven ability to work in teams in an international and intercultural environment across regional and global functions
B2B experience in a Food or Food ingredients company is highly desired
You speak and write English fluently. Proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage
You are willing and able to travel internationally
