Join us as Program Manager - SAP S/4 HANA Transformation
We are looking for a motivated Program & Process Excellence Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in an SAP S4 Program. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in project management within a global IT and business transformation initiative. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key project activities, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and alignment with program objectives. And build up a process management framework to maintain and govern the new business processes implemented with the S4 Program.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
Project Management
Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, action logs, and meeting minutes.
Support risk and issue management, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
Collaborate with a diverse team including Change Leads, Process Managers, IT Resources, and other project leads.
Act as a link between the Program and different project streams, facilitating effective communication and cooperation.
Process Excellence Management
Develop and lead the strategy for building a comprehensive process governance framework, encompassing process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Establish and maintain process governance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and address process gaps and inefficiencies, leveraging industry best practices and benchmarking data.
Drive the implementation of process improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
Provide leadership and guidance to process owners and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
To succeed you must hold:
A degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or any other related field
Proven track record in process improvement, business process re-engineering, or related roles, with a focus on establishing process governance structures.
Experience in leading and executing process improvement projects, demonstrating measurable results in operational efficiency and quality improvement.
Strong understanding of process management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a keen ability to analyze and optimize complex workflows.
The ideal candidate will have first knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA business transformation
Possess previous experience with implementing SAP S/4 Hana
You have a good understanding of SAP (modules and functions) and know the crucial parts of SAP related projects in all relevant delivery parts of the project. Projects can be within the on-prem SAP functions as well as SaaS related projects.
Project experience in SAP and IT projects:
PM related know how
Working and communicating at a strategic level with key stakeholders in order to build successful relationships
Actively managing your projects with an end-to-end responsibility
Relevant personal/behavioral skills :
· Strong Communication Skills
· Highly developed stakeholder management skills
· Fluent in English both written and spoken
