Join us as our new O2C Solution Lead
As O2C Solution Lead, you will be part of the Global Order to Cash team in Supply Chain and anchored in SAP S/4HANA program within the Order to Cash value stream. You will orchestrate how Salesforce and related commercial platforms (CRM, CPQ, eCommerce) integrate with S/4HANA to enable aligned E2E processes, strong governance, and scalable solutions that support growth and customer experience.
The Global Order to Cash team is behind the process, solution and systems within the order to cash processes. In the team, there are process leads within various areas, looking into AI implementation into the customer inquiry handling process, ensuring smooth ordering experience for e-commerce platform, B2B integration with customers and freight forwarders to enable touchless order fulfillment, and many other areas. We are a team of 12 talents working in a dynamic international work environment with dedicated colleagues in Denmark and India.
The Order to Cash value stream within the SAP S/4HANA program, it is with global and regional colleagues from both line of business and IT.
What you will own
- Integration and solution leadership
You act as the functional and integration lead for O2C across the commercial ecosystem—ensuring that front-office capabilities and back-office execution work together seamlessly, with clear decision-making and accountability. - Stakeholder and decision orchestration (critical in this role)
You will partner closely with stakeholders from the Commercial organization, Commercial Development, and Salesforce development teams to align priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure the right decisions are taken on process design, system behaviors, and integration patterns.
In this role you’ll make impact by
- Leading integrations across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, and surrounding platforms with SAP S/4HANA as the process anchor
- Ensuring consistent, stable O2C execution across lead-to-order, customer master data, pricing, e-commerce ordering within SAP S/4 HANA
- Process alignment and standardization
- Translating business needs into clear solution decisions while protecting E2E integrity, compliance, and scalability
- Partnering with enterprise architects and delivery teams to ensure solution designs are robust, supportable, and cost-effective
- Delivery governance and execution support
- Providing solution leadership through discovery, design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare—ensuring quality and E2E readiness
- Identifying and resolving integration risks, bottlenecks, data issues, and performance constraints; driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Coordinating dependencies across SAP, Salesforce, middleware, data, security, and operations teams
- Establishing clear ways of working (decision forums, RACI, documentation, and change control) to keep delivery predictable and aligned
Key stakeholders you will work with
- Business stakeholders: Commercial leadership, Sales Ops, Customer Service, Commercial Development, regional process owners/specialists
Technology stakeholders: Salesforce product teams, SAP S/4HANA teams, Integration/middleware teams, enterprise architecture, data governance, security, test management, external vendors (as applicable)
To succeed, you must hold
- Experience and domain knowledge
- Strong experience with O2C processes and integrations across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and eCommerce platforms
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA O2C capabilities and how S/4 should anchor enterprise process consistency
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Capability to work with numerous interfaces at the same time
- Leadership and influencing skills (must-have)
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing across senior business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to drive alignment, manage trade-offs, and guide decisions under complexity and competing priorities
- Clear, structured communication and the ability to translate between business needs and technical implementation options
