We are growing our platform engineering team to help us establish a new machine learning platform to better support the growing need for enterprise-level ML solutions and to fulfill our strategic ambitions in the data, AI & ML space.

Welcome to the Novonesis Data Office

Together we deliver key data and analytics platforms for the company built on cloud technologies, including a new platform for machine learning, based on Databricks. Our platforms and solutions are used by analysts and data scientists across the company to deliver insights and support decision making in a wide array of functions.

We are also responsible for the development and maintenance of Data and Generative AI platforms based on AWS, Snowflake, Kubernetes, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI services so experience with or interest in these technologies is a benefit.

We work as a platform and infrastructure team in close collaboration with our main stakeholders who build ML solutions, data products, reports and visualizations on top of our platforms. We also work closely with the other Data Office teams to deliver our solutions and services in a unified way.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Establishing a new cloud-based machine learning platform with a focus on enabling data scientists and engineers across the company to build ML solutions.

• Participating in the development and maintenance of the new platform in an agile team setup with a focus on automation, infrastructure-as-code and platform observability.

• Onboarding and supporting individual users and teams in their daily use of the platform and related tools.

• Working closely together with the rest of the platform team and the Data Office to ensure that our platforms are well integrated, secure, scalable, and user-friendly.

To succeed you must hold:

• Professional Bachelor or B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science or related quantitative fields.

• A proactive mindset for automation and streamlining infrastructure and operational tasks using infrastructure-as-code, and the ability to balance speed of execution with quality work.

• The desire to work closely together with technical and non-technical colleagues in a team-based setup.

• Experience with Github Actions or similar CI/CD tools, scripting in Python, Powershell or similar languages.

• Experience with cloud technologies from Databricks, AWS, and Azure, and tools like Terraform is a plus.

Location: The primary location is Hørsholm, but there is also an option to work from our IT Hub in Copenhagen.
