One of our team members are transitioning into another position and we are now looking for a new colleague to fill out the position of Product Quality Manager in the Concentrates and Blends Product Management Group and as a member in our Product quality management team until end 2026. 

Welcome to the Human Health Product Quality Manager team...

You will join our Global team of several highly skilled and great colleagues. In the team we are a group of Product Quality Managers and global Human Health Quality functions - we work closely together with the rest of the quality organization and team up with Product Quality Managers of other business units.

We strongly believe it is important to have fun while we continuously challenge and improve our processes to the benefit of Novonesis customers.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Working closely with the Human Health Product Management Teams and you will be representing Quality and Food Safety in one of these cross functional teams where you will be an important player in ensuring Novonesis products reach our customers of the right quality.

Your key stakeholders will be;

• Product Quality Managers in Human Health Product Quality Management Department on a daily/weekly basis

• Human Health Product Management Team members on a daily/weekly basis

• Local Quality, the Product Development organization and Sales/Marketing/Business Support and Questionnaire team on a ad hoc basis

Your main tasks will be:

• Understanding current and future requirements from customers and market

• Leading quality related discussions and decisions in Product Management Team

• Ensuring quality and compliance of products within Novonesis “Human Health” value chain

Other tasks:

• Ensuring right product specifikations

• Be the final decision taker regarding dispensations of Finished Goods

• Facilitating and driving needed actions to reduce number of customer complaints

• Supporting local Quality in resolving complex non-conforming products (NCR) and complaint handling for product related complaints

• Ensuring process efficiency and cross industry alignment

• Being the customers voice on Quality end to end

To succeed you must hold:

• A Bachelor or Masters in Science or similar
• At least 5 years working experience, preferably within the biosolutions industry

• Knowledge of Human Health culture development, formulation, manufacturing processes and intended use of the products

• Good understanding of product quality and safety requirements

• Ability to promote business opportunities with a solution-oriented mindset while maintaining a strong focus on Quality standards

• Proven track record as project manager

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to provide consistent leadership and guidance when dealing with uncertainty and unplanned or complex issues

• Ability to provide clear communication in a timely manner and facilitate resolution of problems to adequately meet customer requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organization

• Navigate in a changing framework, where work processes are being defined, while keeping the business running.
