Join us as our new Global Quality Track Lead

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Global Quality Track Lead to take ownership of the Inspect to Quality (I2Q) track within one of Novonesis’ most important global SAP transformations.

Based in Denmark and working in a global role with up to 50% travel, you will shape how quality and inspection processes are embedded into our SAP landscape across a global manufacturing network.

Welcome to Global Digital & Quality Transformation

You will join a highly visible global transformation setup, working closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and SAP partners. The role offers significant exposure, responsibility, and the opportunity to influence how quality works across Novonesis worldwide.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Leading end-to-end design and deployment of the SAP I2Q track
• Translating business and manufacturing needs into scalable SAP solutions
• Acting as the key interface between Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and SAP partners
• Driving adoption and change across sites and teams globally
• Supporting global cutover, hyper-care, and post-go-live alignment

To succeed, you must hold:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working cross-functionally in complex, global environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Clear and confident communication across cultures and seniority levels
• Willingness to travel globally (up to 50%)
• Previous experience in either legacy Chr. Hansen or legacy Novozymes is preferred, but not a requirement
