Join us as our new Global EWM Data Lead

We are looking for a Global EWM data lead to drive the design, governance, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA EWM master data as part of Novonesis’ global S/4HANA program. The role is anchored in the In2Outbound (I2O) track, with a strong focus on enabling a scalable, robust global EWM warehouse template that can be rolled out to multiple sites while accommodating well-justified local needs.

You will be part of a growing, high-performing, and skilled team on the business side of Novonesis Supply Chain. In this role, you act as a central business-side EWM master data expert, working closely with Solution Leads, IT, our external implementation partner, and regional/local stakeholders. You will ensure that EWM master data is correctly structured and aligned with real-life warehouse and production flows, and that it supports the overall EWM process design and configuration in the global template.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Lead the design, governance and deployment of SAP S/4HANA EWM master data as part of our global S/4HANA program
• Champion a scalable, robust global EWM warehouse template adaptable to multiple sites and local needs
• Join a high-performing business-side supply chain team driving data-driven solutions and change management 
• Serve as the central EWM master data expert, collaborating with Solution Leads, IT, implementation partners and stakeholders
• Balance global standardization with local site requirements, challenging non-standard demands while enabling compliant, efficient local adaptations when truly needed.
• Own EWM master data within the I2O track, enforcing consistency, standards and governance across sites

To succeed you must hold:

• 5+ years of experience from warehouse, logistics, or production/supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM, with clear understanding of how EWM master data drives processes, configuration, and system performance.
• Experience with EWM implementations or roll-outs, ideally in a global template or similar program context.
• Familiarity with core SAP objects and flows related to EWM, such as material master, batches, packaging, production supply, intercompany flows, and warehouse monitoring.
• Hold a M.Sc in Engineering or related field

20+ travel days abroad is expected
