Join us as our new EWM Scrum Master

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to drive agile ways of working, transparency, and effective delivery in the SAP S/4HANA EWM workstream at Novonesis. The role sits in the In2Outbound (I2O) track of our global S/4HANA program and has a strong focus on enabling the EWM team to deliver value through well-facilitated Scrum events, clear backlog management, and close stakeholder collaboration.

You will be part of a growing, high-performing team on the business side of Novonesis Supply Chain. We champion data-driven solutions, agile practices, and change management to build a reliable, future-ready digital supply chain. Our culture emphasizes ownership, commitment, and work–life balance.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Lead the EWM team as Scrum Master, championing agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement
• Foster transparency by maintaining and communicating a clear EWM backlog, priorities, risks and issues to all stakeholders
• Coordinate project planning and execution for the EWM workstream, aligning activities, milestones and dependencies across the I2O track
• Ensure stakeholder deliverables are understood, owned and delivered on time with the right quality
• Collaborate with Solution Leads, IT and external partners to orchestrate analysis, design, build, testing and deployment for the EWM solution
• Communicate EWM progress, risks and status to stakeholders in the SAP S/4HANA program and I2O track, escalating issues as needed

To succeed you must hold:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, agile coordinator, or similar delivery-focused role in IT-enabled transformation programs.
• Hands-on use of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid) and backlog tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, Cloud ALM, MS Planner) is required.
• Experience working in or with global template or roll-out programs (e.g. S/4HANA, EWM, I2O or similar) is a strong advantage.

• Proven ability to work across Business, IT, and external implementation partners, aligning expectations and ensuring follow-through on decisions and actions.
• Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, or production/supply chain environments, preferably in manufacturing, is beneficial.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to create clarity, transparency, and predictability in a complex program setup.
• Hold M.Sc. in engineering or related field.

5-10 travel days abroad is expected
