You will be part of the Corporate EHS Reporting & Systems team within Environment, Health & Safety department. We are assigned to digitally rethink our key business processes, drive our reporting needs and build a digital community within EHS. Our mission is to increase quality and speed of decision making by digitalizing business processes and automation of incidents and insights.

 

Welcome to Corporate EHS Reporting and Systems in Operations...

Our team is part of a larger organization responsible for Environment, Health & Safety processes on behalf of Novonesis Operations. We are responsible for environment and safety reporting, compliance processes and system management within the department. On behalf of Corporate EHS, we own the digitalization roadmap and deliver a wide range of business insights tools to enable Novonesis strategic goals and needs.

As part of the Corporate EHS Reporting and Systems team, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment while contributing to a major digital transformation. You will engage with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with experts across the organization to shape innovative solutions that support Novonesis’ strategic ambitions.

As an EHS Systems and Reporting Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring reliable, high‑quality EHS and sustainability data and in enabling informed, compliant decision‑making across Novonesis.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Maintaining and further developing the company’s global EHS reporting system (Intelex), ensuring system stability, usability, and alignment with evolving business and compliance needs
  • Managing and improving EHS data visualization and reporting in Intelex and Power BI, transforming complex data into clear insights that support performance tracking and compliance
  • Handling and resolving ServiceNow tickets related to EHS systems and reporting, ensuring timely user support and continuous process improvements
  • Acting as co‑owner of the Global Minimum Requirements (GMR) Portal, ensuring content accuracy, governance alignment, and ongoing system relevance
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement system enhancements, strengthen data quality, and increase automation across EHS and sustainability reporting processes

You will work with a broad range of stakeholders, including global and regional EHS teams, sustainability and ESG experts, IT and Business Intelligence specialists, as well as external system vendors. Furthermore, you will balance data quality, usability, and system efficiency to support reliable reporting and regulatory compliance.

To succeed you must hold:

  • A relevant educational background, e.g. data science, IT, business administration, engineering or similar
  • You can be newly educated or hold 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience with EHS systems, digital reporting platforms, or data‑driven solutions in a corporate or industrial environment
  • Strong skills in reporting and analytics tools such as Intelex, Power BI, Python, or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of data management, system configuration, and reporting workflows
  • Experience with ServiceNow, system governance portals, or automation platforms is an advantage
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Further you are motivated by working with structured data, stable systems, and continuous improvements. You enjoy translating complex requirements into practical digital solutions and enabling others to work more efficiently through reliable reporting tools and automation.
