Welcome to the Digital Commerce & Experience Team
We are looking for an eCommerce Product Manager to join our Digital Commerce & Experience team—a global function responsible for setting ambition, strategy and roadmaps for all customer-facing digital applications across Novonesis.

Analytics and data foundations
Marketing technology
B2B eCommerce
Customer portals and post-purchase experiences
Our ambition is to deliver seamless, intuitive end-to-end digital experiences that elevate the customer journey and accelerate the commercial strategy of Novonesis.
As eCommerce Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our global B2B eCommerce platform built on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. You will ensure the platform is scalable, data-driven and integrated into the broader digital landscape—spanning ERP, CRM, analytics and customer-facing applications.
This is a senior role with significant influence. You will partner with technical architects, ERP teams, UX specialists, analysts and commercial stakeholders to shape how customers buy, transact and engage across our digital ecosystem. You will help drive platform adoption, embed new capabilities, and foster a product culture across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
In this senior role, you will work across the following areas:
Product Strategy & Leadership
Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for our global B2B eCommerce platform
Ensure alignment with digital strategy across websites, portals, martech and analytics
Represent eCommerce in enterprise-level digital architecture and data discussions
Execution & Agile Leadership
Lead agile product development cycles, ceremonies and cross-functional delivery teams
Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria
Customer-Centric Experience Design
Partner with UX/CX to elevate B2B user journeys across search, browsing, quoting, ordering and post-purchase activities
Ensure experiences are consistent, intuitive and globally scalable
Technical and Data Collaboration
Work closely with technical teams to ensure strong, future-proof implementation on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure synchronized data flows
Understand and enhance customer and product data model design, ensuring digital-complete, structured and analytics-ready data
Insights, Automation & AI
Use data and insights to guide prioritization, measure performance and optimize funnels
Identify opportunities for automation, personalization and AI-driven enhancements in our digital commerce journey
Adoption & Change Leadership
Drive global adoption of new eCommerce capabilities through change management, training materials, stakeholder alignment and communication
Act as a champion for digital ways of working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant Professional Skills and Experience
You bring:
Several years of experience as a senior Product Manager or Product Owner within digital commerce
Strong expertise in Agile methodology, cross-functional team leadership and roadmap ownership
Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
Deep understanding of B2B UX and customer journey design
Knowledge of product and customer data structures, master data, and core digital data models
Experience partnering with ERP and backend system teams on complex integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A proven ability to drive adoption, stakeholder alignment and change management
Excellent communication skills and business acumen
The Ideal Candidate Brings
7+ years in eCommerce product management or digital product leadership
Experience in global, matrixed or enterprise environments
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, digital innovation, IT or related fields
A proactive, structured approach with strong prioritization skills
Passion for digital commerce, data, technology and continuous improvement
Fluency in written and spoken English
