Welcome to Digital Commerce & Experience at Novonesis

We are looking for a Data & Digital Intelligence Product Manager to join our global Digital Commerce & Experience team. In this role, you will sit at the core of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that the data, integrations and AI-driven capabilities behind our customer-facing channels are robust, scalable and ready for the future.

You will own the global customer-facing data architecture across web, eCommerce, Portal, campaign platforms and related digital systems — ensuring high-quality, consistent data that powers seamless customer journeys.

As AI transforms how digital experiences evolve, you will also define and drive the adoption of data and AI-enabled capabilities that bring business value, operational efficiency and enhanced user experiences.

Acting as a bridge between commercial needs, digital product teams and enterprise data foundations, you will help shape the next generation of data-powered, intelligent experiences at Novonesis.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Data & Architecture

  • Ensure that customer-facing data structures, integrations and system behaviors are scalable, consistent and optimized for performance.

  • Define how ERP, PIM and CRM data must behave to support global customer journeys across digital channels.

  • Partner with IT Integration & Security to align APIs, compliance requirements, data flows and enterprise standards.

  • Establish governance, guardrails and alignment across digital products to reduce tech debt and improve architectural consistency.

KPI Tracking & Adoption Enabling

  • Define adoption KPIs and targets in close partnership with Product Owners, build or oversee dashboards that visualize progress toward those targets, and proactively highlight deviations to drive continuous improvement.

  • Analyze performance and adoption patterns across digital products, identifying where adoption is low or above expected benchmarks, and translate these insights into clear recommendations for Product Owners.

Customer-Facing AI Strategy & Execution

  • Drive understanding and adoption of AI-powered opportunities across the organization.

  • Identify, assess and define high-impact AI use cases supporting personalization, search, recommendations, automation and insights.

  • Act as an internal consultant and subject-matter expert on AI-enabled customer experiences.

  • Ensure AI principles, governance requirements and responsible use practices are followed in all customer-facing implementations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with Digital Commerce & Experience teams (CX, UX, POs, content, insights) to ensure alignment across journeys, data behavior and user needs.

  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data and integration solutions.

  • Clearly communicate roadmap direction, trade-offs, prioritization decisions and architectural boundaries.

  • Confidently challenge misaligned or non-strategic requests and provide transparent, well-reasoned guidance.

To succeed you must hold:

  • Experience within digital product management, data product ownership, enterprise data architecture, integrations or AI-driven functionality — ideally in a global, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of data flows across ERP, CRM, PIM, CMS and eCommerce platforms and how these systems interact to support seamless customer and digital journeys

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable data models, integration patterns and system behaviors, ensuring data consistency and high‑quality digital experiences.

  • Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach enabling impactful decision‑making.

  • Proficiency in building or guiding the development of dashboards and performance reporting, ideally in partnership with data analysts or engineers.

  • Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g., GA4,  Power BI, Knime, etc.) and measuring digital adoption, engagement, and behavioral patterns.

    Ability to drive change across commercial and digital teams by translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Working knowledge of UX principles or customer journey mapping to contextualize adoption insights.

  • Hands-on experience driving or implementing AI-based capabilities in commercial or customer-facing contexts.

  • Excellent communication abilities, with confidence engaging cross-functional stakeholders at all levels - from technical teams to commercial leaders..

The Ideal Candidate Brings:

  • A relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree.

    5+ years of experience working with digital data architecture, system integrations, AI-driven capabilities or digital product ownership.

  • A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
