In this maternity cover role, you’ll help ensure our candidate journey keeps moving - by coordinating projects, enabling recruiters and hiring managers, and supporting the continuous development of a strong and consistent candidate experience across Novonesis.

Welcome to the Candidate Experience team
The Candidate Experience team leads the entire candidate journey for Novonesis - from employer branding and recruitment to preboarding and onboarding. We design and implement global concepts and tools, using strong analytical skills and a project-oriented mindset to transform complexity into tangible improvements.

We operate as a project management office dedicated to elevating candidate experience. Our core team meets weekly to synchronize priorities and drive progress. Our stakeholders span the organization and depending on project scope we collaborate with teams across Tech, Legal, Learning, Facilities, Brand & Communications, HR Business Partners and lines of business.

The role & your impact
In this role, you’ll make an impact by coordinating and implementing projects across Employer Branding, Recruitment and Onboarding, helping ensure our processes, tools, and communications support a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders. This role reports to the Head of Candidate Experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and implementing projects within the Candidate Experience portfolio (Employer Branding, Recruitment & Onboarding)
  • Creating and coordinating training and training materials for Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Partners based on process guidelines
  • Maintaining and rolling out hiring manager guidelines, templates, and communication materials
  • Supporting digitalization initiatives related to the recruitment process and HR process improvements
  • Coordinating development and implementation of Employer Branding materials
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong stakeholder management

Working conditions
This is a maternity cover from May 2026 until February 2027, working 4 days per week, based in Denmark with an on-site/hybrid setup across Lyngby and Hørsholm.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent with strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes in large organizations
  • Proven experience in project coordination and structured execution
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating and maintaining templates, guidelines, and communication materials
  • Solid process and system understanding, with interest in improving Candidate Experience through tools and workflows
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

You approach tasks proactively and pragmatically, pay close attention to details and timelines, and take pride in supporting others through clear communication and structured coordination. You enjoy being part of a team and contributing with insights, energy, and collaboration.

Additional skills & interests we value

  • Experience with facilitation and training in large organizations
  • Knowledge of or interest in design thinking
  • Interest in digitalization of HR processes
  • Experience with HR and recruitment processes
