We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented archivist with a few years of experience in archiving, preferably with specific knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) archiving.

Our Global Quality Systems team is a part of our Global Quality Management & Systems area. We are an integral part of our Global Operations and committed to delivering robust and compliance IT Systems and Quality processes that aligns with and support of business strategy.

In addition to your core role in archiving, you will have the opportunity to engage in improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects that enhance the way we work with quality, systems, and documentation across Novonesis.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Playing a key role in managing our documentation and archiving processes. You will ensure the proper and efficient archiving of company documents in compliance with current standards and guidelines – including GLP requirements. We operate in a highly specialized environment where precision and quality are paramount.

Your main responsibilities will include:
 

  • Organizing and maintaining archive systems
  • Ensuring accurate and systematic archiving in accordance with GLP regulations
  • Managing and registering both electronic and physical documents
  • Drafting and updating procedures related to archiving practices
  • Contributing to cross-functional or global projects related to quality, systems, or process improvements, in alignment with your competences and ambitions
  • Supporting colleagues with access to and use of the archive system
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Be the contact person with Contract Archive Organizations

Your ability to be a good team player and to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization will be essential in driving excellence in our setup.

To succeed you must hold:

The ideal candidate has experience with GLP, organizing and maintaining archive systems and is furthermore someone with a good sense of stakeholder management, capable of contributing to cross-functional relationships, and has an open, outgoing and service-oriented nature.

You should be passionate about delivering high-quality service and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and structured thinking are essential.

Further qualifications:

  • Relevant education in archiving, records management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in archiving, preferably within a GLP-related environment
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and standards for document and data management for example; OECD Principles of GLP No 1: OECD Principles on Good Laboratory Practice; No 15: Establishment and Control of Archives that Operate in Compliance with the Principles of GLP; No 17: Application of GLP Principles to Computerised Systems; No. 22: GLP Data Integrity.
  • Experience with both physical records and samples and digital archiving systems
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work systematically and methodically
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
