Then join our Corporate IT team as our new Microsoft 365 Architect, where you will play a central role in designing, implementing, and continually improving our M365 platform to support collaboration, security, and productivity across the organisations we serve.
The position
As our Microsoft 365 Architect, you will take the lead in shaping our modern digital workplace based on the full breadth of Microsoft 365 services. With little to no legacy technology, you will have the freedom to leverage the newest cloud‑native capabilities, informed by industry’s best practices and security frameworks. This role offers a high degree of influence and the opportunity to work closely with decisionmakers to introduce new technology and evolve our platform in line with business needs.
Corporate IT is a team of 22 professionals supporting the Novo Nordisk Foundation, Novo Holdings, and affiliates counting close to 700 employees globally. Delivering to multiple organisations on a shared platform presents unique architectural challenges and the opportunity to design solutions for a wide range of collaboration, security, compliance, and productivity needs.
You will be part of a small architecture group working collaboratively across domains. This means you will not be a one‑person army, but part of a team of other architects with similar responsibilities and complementary technical areas.
The role
You will report to the Head of Corporate IT and help ensure that our M365 environment is secure, scalable, and aligned with strategic business priorities.
