  • Collaborate closely with Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality, and Manufacturing stakeholders
  • Lead structured requirements gathering and continuous feedback cycles

Analytics, Reporting & Instrument Connectivity

  • Enable analytics and reporting capabilities within the ELN platform
  • Support instrument connectivity and automated data capture, in partnership with IT and SDMS vendors
  • Streamline the flow of information by bridging ELN data with primary analysis and statistical analysis tools

Platform Ownership & Management

  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvements with platform vendor and system integrators
  • Own solution design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution

Sustainment, Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Own post-implementation sustainment of the ELN platform
  • Monitor system performance, adoption, and data quality
  • Ensure training materials, SOPs, and onboarding processes remain current

About you
