Do you have an eye for detail and thrive in providing excellent service? Are you data-driven and analytically strong, with the ability to see the bigger picture? Then keep on reading – we might have your next work experience in a versatile P&O function as Junior Analyst.

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support our activities in our People & Organisation (P&O) team. As a student in the P&O department, you will be exposed to the dynamics of an investment enterprise from a people-perspective.

The Role

In this role, you will be working side by side with the P&O Team supporting all areas of the P&O department, from Talent Attraction and People Strategy to Rewards, Operations and People Analytics. You will have a broad range of responsibilities, and it is expected that you are able to deliver operational detail and overview. You will provide general support to the P&O team, though with a primary focus on onboarding new colleagues.

Your tasks will include:

  • Responsibility and ownership of the onboarding and offboarding process, including maintenance of P&O databases and systems to support recurring organisational needs and analysis.
  • Coordination and communication with colleagues, giving attention to both specifics and the broader context, with a primary focus on recruitment processes and candidate management.
  • Leverage analytical abilities to process, visualise and analyse people data to contribute to strategic planning initiatives across investment teams in the organisation.
  • Manage HR data, including monthly payroll and finance tasks, to ensure accuracy and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Assist colleagues in processes related to recruitment, training, organisational development, and engagement across investment teams.

In addition, we value your willingness to assist in developing insights into our data-driven organisation and effectively managing stakeholders with backgrounds from banking, consulting, and the investment ecosystem. From time to time, we also hope you are eager to help develop presentations, book venues, and plan events and other ad hoc tasks as they pop up. We work with a flexible and responsible approach where you have the freedom to plan and execute your tasks in the manner you see most appropriate. As part of your learning and development, you will receive continuous feedback from and engage in sparring with the team.

You will join a team of 12 dedicated and ambitious employees as well as two other Junior Analysts supporting our organisation on all P&O matters, from operational to strategic. As part of your learning and development, you will receive continuous feedback and engage in sparring with the team.

The workload will be approximately 20 hours a week with flexibility in relation to your studies.

Professional & Personal Qualification

Being a part of our team, you can come from various backgrounds. Still, the crucial element is that you see yourself as detail-oriented and structured with a flair for project management and supporting excellent employee experience. You are inherently driven by structure and thrive on leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making processes. We expect that you can initiate and complete tasks independently while also contributing effectively as a team player. The ideal candidate should, over time, be able to maintain a good overview of their activities and foresee possible roadblocks in the processes they own.

Furthermore, we are ideally looking for a candidate who:

  • Have at least two years left of their education (e.g. enrolled in a bachelor’s or starting your master’s degree after summer).
  • Is proficient in both spoken and written English (Danish is a plus, but not a prerequisite)
  • Is solution-oriented, systematic in delivering your tasks, and proficient in applying IT tools in daily tasks and operations.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and finds satisfaction in working with large datasets, proficiently utilising analytic tools (e.g. Excel).
