We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support our activities in our People & Organisation (P&O) team. As a student in the P&O department, you will be exposed to the dynamics of an investment enterprise from a people-perspective.
The Role
In this role, you will be working side by side with the P&O Team supporting all areas of the P&O department, from Talent Attraction and People Strategy to Rewards, Operations and People Analytics. You will have a broad range of responsibilities, and it is expected that you are able to deliver operational detail and overview. You will provide general support to the P&O team, though with a primary focus on onboarding new colleagues.

In addition, we value your willingness to assist in developing insights into our data-driven organisation and effectively managing stakeholders with backgrounds from banking, consulting, and the investment ecosystem. From time to time, we also hope you are eager to help develop presentations, book venues, and plan events and other ad hoc tasks as they pop up. We work with a flexible and responsible approach where you have the freedom to plan and execute your tasks in the manner you see most appropriate. As part of your learning and development, you will receive continuous feedback from and engage in sparring with the team.
You will join a team of 12 dedicated and ambitious employees as well as two other Junior Analysts supporting our organisation on all P&O matters, from operational to strategic. As part of your learning and development, you will receive continuous feedback and engage in sparring with the team.
The workload will be approximately 20 hours a week with flexibility in relation to your studies.
