Industrial Engineer - Test room specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for the final integration, maintenance, and support of our test equipment and infrastructure, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and performance in our advanced ventilation solutions.

Industrial Engineer - Test Room Specialist: Test Infrastructure, Automation, and Operational Support

As our Test Room Specialist, you will play a central role in the technical operation and continuous improvement of our test room. You will work with high-voltage systems, EMC requirements, and automated test solutions, supporting daily operations and collaborating closely with production staff, external suppliers, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities - Test Equipment Integration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Coordination

• Final integration of development projects related to the test room infrastructure

• Operational support and troubleshooting of test equipment and control systems

• Understanding and adaptation of PLC programming logic (e.g., Siemens S7/TIA Portal)

• Collaboration with software teams on SQL database setup and test data management

• Implementation and maintenance of barcode systems and ID tracking solutions

• Application of EMC measures and noise filter design

• Handling of high-voltage installations in compliance with safety standards

• Familiarity with frequency converters, electric motors, and PLC systems

• Documentation of systems, technical changes, and implemented solutions

• Development of procedures, test methods, and new testing approaches

• Coordination with other technical functions on test-related projects

Required Skills and Qualifications - Electrical Engineering, Automation, and Test System Expertise

Technical Competencies:

• Electrical troubleshooting and installation experience

• Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems

• Experience with SQL databases and data handling

• Familiarity with barcode and traceability systems

• Understanding of high-voltage technology and safety procedures

• Insight into EMC design and noise mitigation
