About the role

As a Technology Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting experimental, test, and qualification activities within Engineering & Technology. The role works closely with R&D engineers, test facilities, logistics, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of test programs and engineering activities.

You will act as a central coordination point across sites, supporting planning, sample logistics, documentation, and certification interfaces. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that directly contributes to improving efficiency, standardization, and delivery reliability across E&T.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of test and experimental activities
  • Planning and follow-up of tasks, resources, and schedules
  • Cross-site coordination between Denmark and Brazil
  • Logistics, sample tracking, and export/import interfaces
  • Documentation support, systems usage, and data consistency
  • Support to planning tools, RigDoc usage, and process standardization

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in a coordination, project support, or operations role
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluency in English

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments
  • Familiarity with ERP or planning systems  
  • Supply chain or logistics experience
