About the Role

The HR Assistant plays a key role in delivering consistent, compliant, and efficient HR processes across the organization. This position provides operational HR support and serves as an important interface between HR Business Partners, Shared Services, employees, and external partners.

The role ensures high-quality execution of core HR and administrative activities, supporting the full employee lifecycle while maintaining compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support onboarding and introduction days for new employees
  • Maintain HR Sites, Employee Handbook and process content
  • Provide operational support within employment law and employee relations
  • Support payroll by assisting with employee communication and clarification of payroll-related matters
  • Coordinate immigration-related matters in cooperation with Vendor
  • Act as the operational link between Shared Services and HR Business Partners
  • Prepare and follow up on stakeholder reports

Qualifications & Skills

  • Relevant experience in either an HR function or relevant education within HR
  • Relevant knowledge of the intricacy of HR in a matrix multi-national organization
  • Solid understanding of HR administration and HR processes
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of employment law and labor regulations
  • Experience working with HR systems and digital HR platforms
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Fluency in English
