Key Responsibilities
Process responsibilities:
- Facilitating process mapping and improvement workshops to document and analyze current-state processes;
- Collaborating with process owners to design optimized future-state workflows aligned with organizational objectives;
- Monitoring and analyzing process performance using KPIs and metrics;
- Identifying, documenting, and sharing best practices across functions;
- Leading competence development initiatives and training process owners, facilitators, and end-users;
- Supporting cross-functional alignment through participation in Global Process Workshops;
- Maintaining process documentation in the Business Process Management System (BPMS);
- Supporting process governance, adherence, and compliance across business units.
System responsibilities:
- Acting as product owner or key user for assigned enterprise systems;
- Managing user access and ensuring data integrity in collaboration with IT and Enterprise Solutions;
- Providing advanced user support and coordinating issue resolution with corporate IT and vendors;
- Leading system training initiatives, including onboarding, refreshers, and documentation;
- Tracking and reporting system KPIs (usage, adoption, performance);
- Supporting system integrations and workflow automation opportunities;
- Participating in system implementation projects, including testing, UAT, and post-go-live support;
- Driving continuous improvement through user feedback and enhancement proposals.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering (production, mechanical, software, civil or related), or a related fields;
- Solid experience in business process improvement and/or enterprise systems support;
- Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimization;
- Hands-on experience with ERP, BPMS, or other enterprise systems;
- Strong understanding of user training and competence development practices;
- Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluent English for communication in an international environment;
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in large, international, or manufacturing organizations;
- Knowledge of frameworks such as APQC’s Process Classification Framework.
