Project Manager - Leading Business Process Initiatives

You will assist senior leadership in identifying key performance indicators for core processes and help analysing the processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. You will lead the efforts to train facilitators and process owners as well as support these in their work with mapping and maintaining processes. You will also help plan, coordinate, and facilitate mapping of processes across the business unit and you will assist in training employees in new or updated processes.
