About the Role
As a Growth Specialist (Student Assistant), you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how Noteless expands across markets. You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team and work directly with the founders to identify, test, and execute high-impact growth initiatives.
This is a part-time position (typically 20–50%), with flexibility from week to week depending on your availability and the company’s needs.
You’ll
- Work on a wide range of projects across growth, operations, and business execution, wherever the biggest opportunities are.
- Help design and run creative experiments and initiatives that move key company metrics.
- Identify and solve operational challenges as we scale, improving how the company runs day to day.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Growth Project Manager to prioritize and execute the most impactful initiatives.
- Take ownership of your own projects, from idea to execution, and see the real impact of your work.
- Represent Noteless externally in meetings, partnerships, and events when needed, sometimes internationally.
Who You Are
- You’re a master’s student in business, economics, technology, or a related field.
- You’re ambitious, curious, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You combine analytical thinking with a bias toward action, you like solving problems and making things happen.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by the challenge of building something new.
- You communicate clearly in English (Norwegian/Danish is a plus).
