Morning Floor Manager

Cadence Group is looking for a committed and proactive morning service floor manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a motivating working environment.

About the position:

As a service floor manager, you will have a central role in daily operations for a newly developed evening concept that acts as an extension of a well established daytime operation. Together with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager, you’ll work to create and execute on a service style that reflects our concept and values, as well as develop and manage a new evening service team.

Your primary responsibilities as a Morning service floor Manager:

• Overall responsibility for the daily operation and development of the evening concept

• Daily management of evening service and staff during service 

• Ensure a welcoming and professional guest experience

• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards and hygiene regulations

• Development and implementation of new strategies to improve restaurant performance

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry

• Strong understanding of guest management

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work evening working hours, including weekend shifts

• Knowledge of, or experience with Australian hospitality service is a plus
