About the role
We
are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Project Excellence team.
In
Project Excellence, we support projects and managers across NNE by
strengthening project performance management, structured problem solving, and
continuous improvement practices.
As
a Student Assistant, you will help structure and visualize project data for
performance boards, support data-driven follow-up, and assist with relevant
administrative and documentation tasks. You will work closely with project
managers, Lean consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that data and
insights support transparency, learning, and decision-making across our project
portfolio.
This
role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of data, Lean, and project
excellence, and the opportunity to contribute to building a strong performance
and improvement culture at NNE.

How you might spend your days
As a Student Assistant, you’ll be:
- Structuring and analysing project performance data to support visual management and decision-making
- Supporting development and maintenance of performance boards, data models, and documentation
- Assisting with Lean-related activities such as structured problem solving, standardisation, and follow-up
- Collaborating with project managers and Project Excellence colleagues to strengthen performance and improvement practices
- Preparing presentations, analyses, and decision material
Who you are

What you bring to the role
You might study
within one of the following areas:
- Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar technical studies
- Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT
- Design, Innovation, Production, or other analytical/technical discipline.
You bring:
- A genuine interest in data and how it can support project performance and improvement
- Experience working with (or strong motivation to learn) tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, simpler AI
- The ability to work in a structured way with data, documentation, and follow-up
- Fluency in written and spoken English
