Student Assistant – Project Management

Join the passion.
Are you curious about how a Project Management department operates behind the scenes? Do you want to learn how project leaders create structure, practices and training that enable large, complex projects to succeed? Then this role is a great opportunity to get close to the people shaping how we work.
We’re looking for a creative and structured student assistant to help us improve our Project Management communication channels, support development of learning materials, the line managers and practice owners who continuously refine our project management methods.

Who we are
We are a leading pharma engineering company shaping the future of API pharma engineering globally. Leveraging the expertise of 2,000+ employees across Denmark, India, and the US, we design, build and optimise pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are essential to the health and well-being of patients everywhere.

Our success is driven by passion, innovation, and collaboration — with our customers and across our teams and disciplines. If you share our dedication to a noble cause and our passion for API pharma engineering, then NNE is the place for you.

About the role
You’ll join a collaborative and experienced Project Management community responsible for guiding, supporting, and developing project managers across NNE. You will work closely with line managers, practice owners, and PM specialists who create and update our ways of working, standards, onboarding materials, and training content.
This gives you a unique opportunity to learn how project management is practiced in real life—from methodology development to supporting project teams in their daily work.

How you might spend your days
As a Student Assistant , you’ll be:
  • Improveing our SharePoint site
Structure, update and redesign content so it becomes a clear, user‑friendly hub for PM tools, practices, templates, and training.
  • Assisting line managers and practice owners
Help them maintain and update our PM practices (“how we work”), gather input from stakeholders, and ensure materials stay relevant and aligned.
  • Supporting training and onboarding evolution
Contribute to refreshing our PM onboarding materials, role guides, and learning content — helping us evolve how new and experienced PMs learn and grow.
  • Designing high quality learning materials
Create visually strong slides, overviews, checklists, and guides using NNE’s corporate templates and visual identity.
  • Supporting communication & publishing
Draft short announcements, updates, and release notes when new or updated PM practices and trainings are launched.
  • Taking part in continuous improvement
Use feedback, analytics, and user insights to propose improvements to both content and ways of presenting information.
Who you are
We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the results we achieve as a team. As a person, you are:
  • Understanding of your colleagues’ individual and cultural differences
  • Able to prioritize urgent tasks
  • Comfortable collaborating on team projects
  • Excited to build on the NNE culture of innovation

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or first‑year Master’s programme (e.g., Communication, Digital Design, Information Science, Learning & Development, Engineering Management or similar).
  • Strong interest in how organisations work, how practices are developed, and how training is created.
  • Solid M365, Teams and SharePoint skills; bonus if you have experience with content design, layout, or information architecture.
  • An eye for structure and clarity — you enjoy making complex things simple.
  • Comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders and asking clarifying questions.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
