About the role
As a
Senior Project Manager within Process Automation, you will be part of large
project portfolio and will work closely together with our highly skilled people
from different disciplines in NNE, internal and external stakeholders and
suppliers.
The
technical focus for this position is process automation working with DCS and
ECS solutions interfacing to new technologies within the industry 4.0 domain
and manufacturing IT solutions. The project execution will take place from
early project phases from conceptual to basic design to the onsite test
activities FAT, interface test, Wet test, SAT and UAT with handover to our
customers.
Based
upon your skills and experience several possibilities are open for you, from
minor yet complex projects to our large greenfield projects in the Novo Nordisk
portfolio.

How you might spend your days
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overall project planning,
assuring the agreed: Quality, schedule and cost
- Defining project execution
strategy and identifying risks and mitigation of these
- Estimating costs and planning
the budget in collaboration with our engineers and specialists
- Managing the scope and
ensuring that changes are analyzed and agreed with stakeholders

What you bring to the role

- An educational background on
bachelor level or similar relevant technical background
- Have 5-8 years of experience
with a proven track record within DCS and ECS/PLC Process Automation
projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in project
execution of process automation systems in collaboration with other
disciplines like mechanical and process design and end users
- Experience with onsite
activities commissioning activities FAT, SAT and UAT
- Certified as a Project
Manager within e.g. PMP, PRICE 2 is preferred
