About the role
We
are looking for a Senior DeltaV Engineer to join our PLC Systems
department in Virum. As a team, we are involved in all stages of the project
lifecycle, using our process understanding to ensure seamless integration of
control systems into pharmaceutical facilities.
In
this role, your contribution will be key in developing, testing, and delivering
DeltaV solutions as an integral part of our pharmaceutical projects. The
systems range from integration of vendor packages to complex process control
systems. You may work as part of an NNE package delivery or as a consultant
embedded in Novo Nordisk projects — always from early project phases through to
process verification.
You
will collaborate closely with colleagues across Automation, IT, Quality, and
Project Management to ensure compliant and successful deliveries in regulated
GMP environments.

How you might spend your days
As a Senior DeltaV Engineer, you’ll be:
- Designing and developing DeltaV solutions tailored to project needs
- Programming, documenting, testing, and verifying DeltaV systems in new and existing facilities
- Integrating automation systems for API processes
- Coordinating with customers, IT, process engineers, and vendors
- Exploring new ways of working using tools such as Digital Twins, AI, and automated design

What you bring to the role

- Have a deep understanding of DeltaV and S.88
- Have worked in the pharmaceutical domain for several years
- Deep knowledge in process control and automation
- Have great customer understanding – and the ability to inspire and
demonstrate leadership in customer relations
- Are ready to travel up to 30 days/year
