About the role
As an emerging professional, you will rotate through departments in our project management area, gaining hands-on experience in in the pharmaceutical engineering sector. Over two years, you will develop an understanding of planning, execution, quality, compliance, and HSE while working alongside industry professionals. Through structured training, leadership courses, and real-world project exposure, you will build the skills needed to work within project management. This role is ideal for ambitious graduates eager to grow in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

How you might spend your days
As an emerging professional, you’ll experience three rotations (8 months each): Work across key departments, including Project Management, Project Quality Management, Engineering management, Construction management, C&Q management, Contract management and Site HSE:
  • Cross-Functional Learning: Gain a deep understanding of project execution, planning, and controls
  • Professional Development: Participate in a structured development program with both on-the-job learning and leadership courses

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role: 
  • Newly graduated from a technical university with a M Sc or B Sc degree
  • Fluent in English, written and oral
