About the role
As a Lead Project Planner, you will be part of large project portfolio
and will work closely together with our highly skilled people from different
disciplines in NNE, internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. We are
looking for a Lead Project Planner to join our large greenfield projects in our
portfolio.
As our activities expand, predictability, agility, and customer satisfaction
become increasingly important. As a Lead Project Planner, you will be crucial
in managing our complex project plans and be someone who sets a standard for
others to follow.

How you might spend your days
As a Lead Project Planner, you’ll be:
- Coordinating and communicate overall planning and scheduling
activities on a portfolio of projects.
- Leading, supporting and training employees within broad and complex project
execution tasks.
- Continuing to build on our culture of motivation and
multi-disciplinary teamwork ensuring a good and inspirational work
environment that enhance the performance and well-being of your project
team.
- Managing and leading the planning team and all scheduling related tasks.
- Performing role model stakeholder management in the project
organization both internal and with the customer.

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
- Solid and relevant project planning and scheduling experience in
international organizations or in multi-cultural environments. Experience from
pharma & biotech industries.
- 15 years of large-scale, multi-discipline planning experience with
EPCMV.
- Experience in a leadership role in a project environment including
coaching and leading team members.
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
