How you might spend your days
As a Department Manager, you’ll be:
  • Responsible for the daily management of approximately 28 employees
  • Drive close collaboration with our project execution organization regarding resource management
  • Work with an equivalent function with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
  • Work in close collaboration with the management team in directive area Process Systems Intelligence
  • Support people’s competency development to reflect current and future good engineering practice.

  • Experienced in pharma manufacturing, pharma engineering or both

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role: 
  • You have a BSc/MSc degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
  • You have a minimum of 4 years leadership as a manager experience in the life science/biotech industry
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
