About the role
We are looking for a Power BI and
Microsoft Fabric professional to join our Data & Process team within the
Project Cost Management department. We are an integrated part of Business
Finance, and as a team, we provide relevant, timely and accurate insights for
good decision making by analyzing, visualizing and presenting data in a
meaningful way.
Our team sits at the intersection of
complex project cost data and the people who rely on it, from Project Cost
Controllers and Project Managers to external clients who need clear,
trustworthy insight into project performance.
You will take ownership of our Power BI
semantic models, ensuring they are well-maintained, performant, and technically
sound. On top of that foundation, you will design and continuously refine
reports and dashboards that are intuitive and where layout, logic, and details
all come together.

How you might spend your days
As Data Analyst in our team, you will:
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to translate requirements into well-structured models and reports
- Interact with Project Cost Controllers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and how data is used in practice
- Design and continuously refine Power BI reports and dashboards that give users clear, trustworthy insight into project cost performance
- Maintain and improve our semantic models, ensuring they remain performant, well-structured, and aligned with evolving business needs
- Work within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including Lakehouses and Notebooks, to support data preparation and analytics engineering tasks
- Stay current with the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric product roadmap and bring relevant new features and capabilities into our solutions

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others,
a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are
welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in
this role:
- You have hands-on experience building and maintaining semantic models and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric based on business needs and during the data into valuable insights You are confident working with DAX and understand the technical layers that sit beneath a well-functioning report
- You have some experience with Python and are comfortable working in notebook-based environments such as Microsoft Fabric Notebooks and Lakehouses
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- You might have a degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Finance or a related field, but it is not a requirement
