About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business
Process Owner (BPO) to join our team of highly skilled colleagues in the Account Management team to lead our resource management processes in NNE.
We have just launched D365 FO for our finance operations, and soon we will start initiating a new Project Cost Management and Resource Management process, also on the D365 platform, and you will be a pivotal part of the project team.
As
BPO for Resource Management, you will own the end-to-end resource management
process, ensuring efficient, transparent planning and allocation aligned with
business goals and Microsoft D365 capabilities.
You
will be responsible for driving strategic improvements, guiding day-to-day
execution, and ensuring the process supports company objectives such as
profitable project delivery and high resource utilization across the
organization.
Thus, you will play a crucial role in bridging
business needs with IT systems, ensuring the resource management process
supports company objectives and is fully adopted across the
organization.

How you might spend your days
As our BPO for Resource Management, you’ll be:
- Defining and driving the resource management process across the full project lifecycle including owning process documentation (flows, SOPs, training materials, etc.)
- Leading change management ensuring process integration and user adoption in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and system capabilities including collaborating with IT to align D365PO functionality with business needs.
- Driving continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs (e.g. utilization, forecast accuracy) and optimizing processes
- Overseeing daily execution and resolve escalated process
issues.

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in resource or project management in a consulting or engineering environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365PO or similar systems.
- Proven success in process improvement and change leadership.
