About the role
We are looking for an Associate Manager to
join our Manufacturing Solutions (MS) department in Virum, with a focus on
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Manufacturing Solutions consists of more
than 170 highly skilled engineers across Denmark and India and delivers MES and
IT engineering services to customers in the pharmaceutical production sector.
As Associate Manager, you will support the
leadership of an MES team, combining people management, technical
understanding, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with the Senior
Manager and Project Managers to ensure high-quality deliveries, strong team
development, and alignment with NNE’s ways of working.

How you might spend your days
As an Associate
Manager, you’ll be:
- Supporting and lead a team of MES engineers in close collaboration with Senior Manager
- Ensureing day-to-day people management, including onboarding, coaching, feedback, and development dialogues
- Contributing to project execution by aligning resources, priorities, and competences with project needs
- Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to support successful MES deliveries
- Participating in projects to stay close to technical solutions and customer needs Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, methods, and collaboration within MES and Manufacturing Solutions

What you bring to the role

- A degree in engineering, IT, automation, or a related field
- Experience from the pharma, biotech, or life science industry
- Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems or related manufacturing IT solutions
- Initial people management experience or strong motivation to develop as a people leader
- Experience working in or close to engineering projects
