About the role
The
DCS (Distributed Control Systems) department in Kalundborg is searching for an
Associate Manager. The department consists of over 200 skilled engineers
located in Denmark and India and delivers advanced DCS solutions for
pharmaceutical production. As Associate Manager, you will join the Line
Management Team.
As
Associate Manager, you will support the leadership of a DCS team, combining
people management, technical understanding, and stakeholder collaboration. You
will work closely with the Senior Manager and Project Managers to ensure
high-quality deliveries, strong team development, and alignment with NNE’s ways
of working.

How you might spend your days
As Associate Manager, you’ll
be:
- Supporting and leading a team of
DCS engineers in close collaboration with Senior Manager
- Ensuring day-to-day people
management, including onboarding, coaching, feedback, and development dialogues
- Contributing to project
execution by aligning resources, priorities, and competences with project needs
- Collaborating with customers and
internal stakeholders to support successful DCS deliveries
- Working close to projects to
gain insight into technical solutions, execution progress, and customer needs,
while supporting continuous improvement

What you bring to the role

- A degree in engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Experience from the pharma, biotech, or life science industry
- Knowledge of DCS systems is preferred
- Initial people management experience or strong motivation to develop as a people leader
- Experience working in or close to engineering projects
