We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant for our Demand Planning team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by working closely with our Global Demand team. You will gain hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
Your responsibilities will include developing insightful BI dashboards, performing business and AI-driven analyses, assisting in project coordination, and supporting reporting processes that are critical to demand planning and forecasting accuracy.
What will you do
- Analyze data trend and translate business needs into technical specifications for BI report
- Design BI visualizations and develop dashboards using Power BI
- Support the Demand Planning Manager with regular and ad hoc data reporting and performance tracking
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and Revenue Reassurance meetings
- Assist in the forecast loading process into ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
- Support on Forecast Loading process into our ERP
- Monitor, maintain, and improve KPI related to demand planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
What you bring
- A strong interest in data analysis, with experience using programming languages (e.g., SQL) as part of your studies
- Curiosity and motivation to work in cross-functional teams within a multinational and multicultural environment,
- Ability to analyze complex data and business processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes
