Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agent in Malta

Our client, one of Malta’s leading iGaming companies, is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team.

You will receive structured training, including soft skills development, fraud awareness, and gaming product knowledge, equipping you to confidently manage a variety of situations.

• Provide customer support via live chat and email
• Resolve player queries efficiently and professionally
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
• Apply fraud awareness and responsible gaming knowledge where relevant
• Follow internal procedures while maintaining a personal and empathetic approach
• Contribute positively to team targets and overall service standards

• Native-level Danish (written and spoken)
• Good English communication skills
• Positive, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work shifts
• Interest in gaming or previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
