Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Head of Nordic Pricing & Contract Management (Interim), you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Copenhagen. The Department & reporting line are to the Head of Nordic Commercial Acceleration, Johanna Tell. 

The Head of Nordic Pricing and Contract Management is responsible for defining, owning, and executing the Nordic Pricing Strategy across markets. The role ensures competitive, consistent, and governance-driven pricing that protects and improves margins while enabling commercial growth.

As interim leader, you will secure continuity, drive key repricing initiatives, strengthen pricing governance, and reduce manual pricing processes through better data and automation.

You will lead the Nordic Pricing function and work closely with local commercial leadership, finance, product, and operations to translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes. You will also help build up the Contract Management area, working closely with Legal and the Program and Project Execution Team from the Nordic Commercial Acceleration team.


About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

  • Own and drive the Nordic Pricing Strategy and governance framework across markets
  • Define pricing policies, guardrails, and decision rights to ensure consistent and competitive pricing
  • Lead and execute Nordic repricing initiatives with minimal commercial disruption
  • Drive digitalization of the pricing function and minimise manual work through automation, improved data models, and process optimisation
  • Identify and drive margin improvement opportunities
  • Support pricing decisions with strong data and commercial analysis
  • Ensure structured governance for pricing deviations and approval flows
  • Reduce manual pricing work through improved data models and automation
  • Ensure accurate pricing data delivery and ongoing data maintenance
  • Act as strategic advisor to Country Leadership, Sales, Retention, Product, and Finance
  • Lead and develop the Nordic Pricing and Contract Management team
  • Facilitate Pricing forums across the Nordics with local Pricing Managers
  • Be part of rebuilding the Contract Management area, doing commercial reviews of existing contract templates, shaping a structured approach to contract signing, and tracking of customer-specific T&C.
     

What Makes You a Great Fit

Profile & experience: 

  • 8–12+ years of experience within pricing, commercial strategy, finance, or revenue management
  • Strong track record of leading complex repricing or transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience from payments, financial services, SaaS, telecom, or other data-driven industries is an advantage


Skills: 

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (margin, profitability, business case mindset)
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong governance and process mindset
  • Advanced analytical capabilities; confident using data to drive decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Clear and structured communicator at senior leadership level
  • Ability to balance standardization with local market realities
