Operating in the payments industry that moves at an accelerated pace, we are searching for a proactive and commercially oriented Head of Service Delivery Management Nordic.

This role is located out of one of Nets Nordic locations in Denmark, Norway or Finland.

A key manager position in driving our ambitions within Customer experience and deliveries
We are looking for a profile to lead our Service Delivery Management team in the Nordics, which currently consists of 9 highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Managers located in Denmark, Norway and Finland. 

In this exciting key position as Manager, you will be overall accountable for ensuring the deliveries to all our Nordic clients within the Fintech and financial industry, making sure that all aspects of our deliveries, quality, performance and contract wise are best-in-class. Furthermore, your key responsibility is to handle the efficiency of deliveries as well as ensure contract compliance at all times. 

You will report to the Head of Service Delivery Management who is based in Denmark.

Your Professional Qualifications Include:

  • Proven management responsibilities and achievements in a similar role
  • 5–8 years of experience within service delivery management and/or client engagement in the Finance, Telco, or IT industry
  • Experience acting as responsible for client engagement and/or as owner of a customer contract
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management, following a framework such as ITIL
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Home base in one of the Nordic countries
