Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to join our organization in Hørsholm. In this global role, you will act as an in-house legal advisor supporting the business across a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters.

You will be responsible for contract review, legal risk assessment, and coordination with external legal counsel where required. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with stakeholders across functions and regions to ensure legally sound and commercially balanced solutions in an international environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate global commercial contracts, including customer, supplier, and partner agreements
  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters across international business activities
  • Assess and mitigate legal risks in projects, bids, and business initiatives
  • Support contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
  • Act as the primary interface to external legal counsel and coordinate legal matters when required
  • Support corporate governance, compliance topics, and internal policies
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of legal templates and processes
  • Advise stakeholders on legal implications in a pragmatic and business-oriented manner

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Business Law or Law (e.g. cand.merc.jur or cand.jur), ideally with a focus on corporate or commercial law
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in commercial and corporate law from an in-house or business environment
  • Strong understanding of contract law and experience with international business agreements
  • Experience working in a global environment with exposure to non-EU jurisdictions
  • Ability to translate legal complexity into practical business solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken; Danish is an advantage

Additional advantages:

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and international regulatory environments
