Project Manager

Role : Senior Project Manager - IAM Cloud Strategy Delivery 

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Contract Role : 6-12 months contract

• Requirements
  • 1. Project management and Programme execution: Demonstrated expertise in successfully leading large-scale, complex cybersecurity projects involving multiple tracks and stakeholders. Proficiency in developing and executing cross-organizational projects.
• 2. Stakeholder Management: Solid stakeholder management competences and experience, with ability to navigate in complex stakeholder landscapes with many decision makers, as well as collaborate and build consensus among different stakeholder groups.
• 3. Cybersecurity: A demonstrated history of effectively designing, implementing, and overseeing technical cybersecurity control implementations, and relevant certifications related to the domain such as CISM, CISSP, or similar. A good understanding of cybersecurity regulations and its implications.
• 4. IAM: A demonstrated history of effectively designing, implementing, and overseeing IAM-specific activities, including global MFA solutions (and access policies), IdPs (EntraID and similar). Good conceptual understanding of IAM domains (AM, IGA, PAM).
• 5. Change management: Strong ability within organizational change management, to support the organizational wide implementation of IAM capabilities, spanning across multiple business units and organizational levels.
• 6. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to lead and guide the project team, sub-projects, stakeholders, senior management, executive team, and impacted teams.
• 7. Communication: Effective communication skills to convey complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• 8. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes, evolving cybersecurity threats and an organization in transformation.

• Nice to have Requirements:
  • 09. Sector expertise: Familiarity with the energy sector and its regulator, DCIS strategy or other critical sectors and an understanding of their unique cybersecurity challenges including the threat landscape, geo-political situation, and regulatory requirements.
• 10. Agile methodology: Proven track record in applying agile project methodology to effectively manage and deliver complex projects.
• 11. Relevant certifications: Relevant certifications in project, IT and change management such as Prince2, ADKAR and ITIL.
• 12. Previous experience and knowledge of SailPoint and Microsoft EntraID
• /Awareness of OT security frameworks and segmentation concepts.
