Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead – End User Services (EUS) who will play a dual role as both a hands-on EUS Engineer and a team lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-user environments, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading a team of EUS engineers while engaging with key stakeholders.

Specific requirement : Danish ( must)

Technical Skills : Hands on Experience in building and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices , Service Management , Stakeholder management & People Management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in End User Services / End User Computing
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Windows OS and Mac OS environments
• Device build, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Proven experience in Service Management (ITIL processes)
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
