Job Description

In continuation of the Monsenso’s growth and thus increased activities, we are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team. At Monsenso we value the partnership between IT and business, and we expect you as our new colleague to be both flexible and proactive, and even seeking new ways to optimize and improve our systems and processes.

In addition to collaboration with colleagues, suppliers and partners your work will consist of tasks with administration, maintenance, operation, support and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities

· As an IT Development & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and handling our efforts related to:
Ensuring that the production network is safe and secure

Ensuring the IT systems and software in the Monsenso solution are functioning at peak efficiency

Communicating planned changes or upgrades

Escalating incidents to partners and IT colleagues

Ensuring system efficiencies and uptime

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Expertise

As a person you are structured and solution-oriented. We expect that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are able to understand the customer value of the solutions we offer, and you focus on how we can best contribute to future opportunities and innovation. You must have well-developed interpersonal skills and abilities to use and support your new colleagues.

You have an educational background in IT or similar professional certification and minimum 3 years experience, but the right graduates with proven skills may also be considered.

We expect the successful candidate to master the following:

Networking and troubleshooting

Continuous software integration systems such as Jenkins

Managing document oriented databases

Active Directory management

It is a further plus if you have experience with one or more of the following points:

Support of development (e.g. Application rollouts)

Agile methodologies and continuous integration

Monitoring tools

Documentation
