Summary

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Advisor supporting senior management in an SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role provides independent guidance on key architectural and strategic decisions and ensures alignment between business objectives and the target S/4HANA landscape.

What you will do:

• Advise senior management on strategic and architectural decisions throughout the S/4HANA implementation

• Act as an independent counterweight to system integrators and external consultants

• Assess legacy systems and custom solutions for migration, conversion, or rebuild

• Support solution design decisions across end-to-end business processes

• Identify risks, dependencies, and long-term implications of design choices

• Ensure alignment between business strategy, operating model, and S/4HANA solution architecture

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in multiple large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Hands-on implementation experience is a strong advantage

• Experience advising senior management and executive stakeholders in complex transformation programs

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and deep technical levels

Your Skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA

• Strong solution and enterprise architecture capability

• Broad, end-to-end understanding of SAP across Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data, Integrations, and Reporting

• Ability to challenge vendors constructively and defend business interests

• Clear communicator able to translate complexity into executive-level insights
