We are looking for a General Support Coordinator to join our Global Sales Operations team. In this role, you will help manage requests submitted by our partners and customers through Milestone’s portals, ensuring they are reviewed, prioritized, and directed to the right teams efficiently and professionally.
This role is part of Milestone’s Global Order Management and Global Sales Operations organizations, working closely with colleagues in Brøndby, Denmark; Sofia, Bulgaria; Singapore; and Portland, Oregon. You will join a busy, supportive, and highly collaborative team, where curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn by doing are highly valued.
Due to the global nature of the role, a certain level of flexibility in working hours is occasionally required.
This is a high-volume, transactional role where structure, attention to detail, and strong follow-through are essential. Some cases will be resolved directly by you, while others will be routed to internal teams for further handling.
You enjoy working in a global B2B environment and take pride in delivering high-quality service with a sense of urgency. You are organized, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain the Milestone General Support queue
• Review and prioritize incoming cases submitted through partner and customer portals
• Resolve straightforward requests when possible
• Route cases to the appropriate internal teams when specialized expertise is required
• Ensure cases are documented and tracked in Salesforce
• Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams and external partners regarding case status
• Help ensure the queue remains well-organized and that cases are handled in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Ability to think critically and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and regions
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage
