Are you a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact customer satisfaction?

We’re looking for a Fulfilment Jr. Specialist to join our Freight & Fulfilment team. In this role, you aren’t just processing deviations; you are a guardian of the customer journey. You will focus on mitigating fulfilment risks daily to directly move the needle on our core KPIs: Delay Share, Average Lead Times, and Post-Purchase cNPS.

As a Fulfilment Specialist, you will ensure our partners and customers experience a seamless delivery process. At Miinto, we don’t just want you to follow the status quo, we want you to help us evolve it. You will act as a key stakeholder for our dedicated Automation Team, providing the "on-the-ground" insights they need to build smarter tools. While you don’t need to be an AI expert, your ability to identify where technology can eliminate manual tasks will be critical in helping us scale our efficiency without losing the human touch.

What you'll do:

  • Drive the Resolution Process: Own the investigation of lost, damaged, or delayed parcels, ensuring we hit our targets for resolution speed and effective claim management.

  • Optimise Partner & Carrier Relations: Collaborate with carriers to resolve fulfilment blockers and identify recurring issues that impact our Delay Share.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Make confident decisions on complex cases, balancing logical reasoning with the empathy needed to protect our post-purchase cNPS.

  • Enhance Operational Flow: Monitor and analyse fulfilment patterns to identify bottlenecks, directly contributing to our goal of reducing Average Leadtimes.

  • Safeguard Operations: Identify and mitigate fraud risks, ensuring a secure and reliable experience for both Miinto and our partners.

  • Act as a Product Stakeholder: Partner with our Automation team by flagging repetitive manual tasks and suggesting where tech solutions can drive operational efficiency.

  • Communicate with Precision: Provide top-tier support to partners and customers, crafting professional, high-quality written communication in business-level English.

  • Collaborate for Impact: Work cross-functionally to share insights, helping the wider team maintain a high-performing and agile environment.

What we are looking for:

  • A proactive mindset, we value fresh ideas and encourage you to help shape how we work.

  • Strong decision-making skills, balancing stakeholder needs with clear, logical reasoning.

  • Excellent communication skills. Assertive, empathetic, and professional to build trust even in challenging situations.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no issue goes unnoticed.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable improvements.

  • Critical thinking skills, enabling you to navigate complex fulfilment scenarios with ease.

  • A keen interest in process optimisation, actively supporting the identification of areas for AI and automation improvements.

  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken, for effective communication across international teams.

It’s a plus - though not a requirement - if you have experience within eCommerce or logistics, for example from working with customer service, claims handling, or supply chain operations. It’s also nice if you’re tech-savvy and curious about how AI and automation are transforming the way we work with operations (no coding skills needed).

What to expect from us:

  • A high-impact team where your daily decisions directly move the needle on our core KPIs.

  • Career within a flat hierarchy that offers a clear and defined professional ladder.

  • Work in a truly multicultural environment alongside colleagues from over 35 different nationalities.

  • Competitive salary package including health insurance and a pension plan.

  • Enjoy generous company discounts to shop on Miinto.

  • Unlimited snacks, fresh fruit, great coffee, and a variety of soft drinks.

  • The energy of a fast-growing global eCommerce leader with a dynamic leadership team.
