Activation of the stores:
- Takes care of in-store retail experience + events (concept, operations, performance tracking)
- Manages measures that drive traffic and improves conversion (incl. performance tracking)
- Oversees window & in-store calendar planning & execution (w/ D2C Operations Manager) and looks after local promotion plan
- Manages grand opening and activation plan for store opening
- Is responsible for virtual merchandising, in-store assets
- Reacts on underperformance of store and/or category with short-term activities
- Partners with landlords (incl. malls) to create strategic partnerships for driving traffic locally
Own Retail Guidelines and Campaigns
- Makes sure that all orders are made for the Own Retail campaigns
- Takes care that all the campaigns materials are correctly used and are reported back in time, in close collaboration with Cluster Marketing
- Adheres to the Own Retail guidelines provided by GTZ/SOR and makes sure that the guidelines are executed correctly
