Due to internal growth opportunities, we are looking for a Nordic Finance Business Partner.
The Nordics Finance Business Partner is responsible for driving profitable, predictable growth across the Nordic Electrical Retail Trade (ERT) channel. The role acts as the financial conscience and strategic sparring partner for ERT leadership, ensuring transparency of performance, strengthening commercial decision‑making, and elevating the financial steering excellence across markets.
The position ensures the quality of forecasting, budgeting, reporting and profitability steering for ERT, while actively contributing to the Nordic financial transformation agenda:

Standardized channel profitability analysis
Automation and simplification of reporting
Key Responsibilities
Drive Net Sales, Product Margin and profitability performance by challenging assumptions, identifying risks/opportunities and recommending actions
Lead commercial discussions with ERT team, acting as a proactive financial steering partner.
Elevate commercial decision‑making through scenario modelling, mix analysis, pricing logic and campaign ROI assessment.
Own the Nordic ERT reporting framework: customer dashboards, margin development, sales mix, marketing class mix, campaign analysis, retail investments.
Ensure high‑quality forecasts and budgets across ERT, including Net Sales, margins, on/off‑invoice investments, and bonuses.
Integrate Account Planning outputs into bottom‑up demand planning and financial forecasting.
Implement in‑month estimate processes for VOL/NS/PM, highlighting mitigation actions.
Secure 100% On-Time delivery of FC/Budget cycles
Drive alignment and task‑handover with MGS for relevant reporting streams.
Continuously simplify, standardize and improve FC/Budget workflows.
Partner closely with Sales, Key Account Managers, Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain & Nordic Controlling.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is structured, self‑aware, influential. Has the ability to challenge, coach and elevate commercial teams without formal authority and navigate complexity with ease. The ideally candiate have:
University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent).
+3 years in FP&A, Commercial Controlling or Business Partnering roles
Experience in matrix organizations and cross‑country collaboration.
Retail/consumer goods industry background preferred.
Strong SAP & PowerBI proficiency (preferred advanced level).
Solid understanding of pricing, trade terms, Revenue Management and retail investment structures.
Strong analytical modelling skills (Excel, Python is a plug).
Ability to translate complex data into commercial insights.
