Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Assist in resolving customer complaints and technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and maintain thorough records for follow-up.

- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken); English language skills are a plus.
